Central location, but rooms need updates

outdated room street noise

I found the room rather outdated. The shower over the bathtub was quite awkward. I would have preferred a modern walk-in shower. the room faced the street. The noise made it difficult to sleep at times

helpful staff central location small bathroom outdated photos

the location was totally awesome , close to all the sites! the staff was so friendly and helped me a lot with directions and recommendations for restaurants. i was able to store my luggage before my room was ready , which was super helpful.

the room wasn't as beautiful as the photos online , which bummed me out a bit. i was also a little disappointed that the bathroom was super small , and it was hard to move around in there.

the lift only went to the third floor, so i had to drag my suitcase up two flights of stairs. the room was like staff quarters, dark and definitely not luxurious. the shower was also terribly inconvenient, i think the design were from centuries ago, not good at all.
